An overall positive, professional and enjoyable experience. Jeff was friendly, extremely helpful, easy to work with and thoughtful to our needs. Very pleased with the rings, the fit and Jeff's extra efforts along the way. Much appreciate the great service!

I went to JB Kaiser recently to purchase an engagement ring, and my experience was nothing but positive. I had ideas for a design based on some rings I had seen online, but Jeff was able to custom-design a ring that was a huge improvement over the original. He and the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, and the ring I received was of top quality. The gemstones he selected and showed me were much more beautiful, and contained almost no imperfections versus similar stones at other jewelers in town. To top it all off, his prices were VERY reasonable, and I was able to purchase both the engagement and wedding bands at higher quality and lower price than both local and online competitors. Overall, I would highly recommend JB Kaiser and will be returning for my own wedding band.

I had my wedding ring sized and sautered together. The owner informed me they would call one the ring was ready, this never happened. After two weeks I tried calling, the only phone number listed anywhere for them was actually a fax machine! I stopped by the store to see if it was done and ir was. When asked why they did not call to let me know it was ready, the owner replied that they only call if the customer requests it (which I did). After feeling frustrated, I got my beautiful ring back on my finger! Later that night, after running errands, I noticed one of my diamonds was MISSING! I am currently trying to get them to replace the diamond they lost! We might be heading to court! I would suggest another jeweler if you are in the grand rapids area! JB Kaisers customer experience leaves something to be desired!

My fiance purchased my engagement ring from Sarah in February, at the time she showed him a wedding band that would match. When we returned in March to look at Wedding Bands, she said there wasn't one to match my ring. So we proceeded to look for a band to match. We found something I liked but it would need to be custom made. As of today (middle of June) we have yet to hear back from Sarah as to a price for the ring. I tried to call and email Sarah back in April to see what she had figured out.......no response. For a long time local store, I find it VERY disappointing to receive such terrible customer service. I have chose to use another local store for my future jewelery purchases and do not recommend JB to anyone.
