My wife and I started using Pro Auto in 2003. We have taken two cars to Jim (Jim Rice, owner of Pro Auto) for him to work on. Each time that he worked on them, he would contact us first to explain what the problem was at that time and quote a price and stood by his word. If something came up that he found was wrong, he would call us before he worked on the car, and tell us the problem and price, and if we wanted to go ahead and have it worked on. We are very pleased with Jim and his wife Helen. We would recommend him to anybody who had car problems.
