This place looks nice and clean. But it is not a good nursing home for a patient that cannot talk or move. My grandmother was going to be given the wrong medication if we didnt happen to be there. We would go see her several times a day and she would be exactly the same way we left her. She developed bed sores and even a bad diaper rash because they would not turn her or change her diaper. The worse was she had a feeding tube which was accidently pulled out by a nurse It was put back in at the hospital after we insisted she be taken. It was later pulled out again and was placed wrongfully by a nurse at grand terrace when we got there they were cleaning up the blood all around the bed. My grandmother which can not talk looked scared. they proceeded to feed her which caused her to develop an infection in the blood. We have since this accident taken her out of there and she has passed away. We do not reccomend this place
