Complete con-man and liar. Do not make the same mistake I did and give any business ($12,000) to this POS.

Bruce Fulper at Rock and Roll Engineering promised to build me a custom engine for my 1967 Pontiac Firebird in August 2008. We agreed on specifics and I was given a lead time of 3-4 months. Over the course of the next YEAR AND A HALF, I was given the runaround, lied to and avoided, both by phone and email. I was given every excuse in the book for delay after delay. When I finally received the engine in May 2010, it was the incorrect block, wrong parts and missing accessories that were either shipped to him in advance from my original engine or parts I paid for in my up front $3,000 payment.

After asking why the discrepancies, again I received more stories and empty promises. The bottom line is I have still not received any of the missing parts or any effort by this man to rectify the situation.
