DO NOT use this cabinet company!!

I had 2 poor recommendations from 2 reputable contractors. Unfortunately, I ignored their advise due to British Traditions' salesmanship and was talked into using BT for a kitchen remodel. Its cabinets are decently average quality. The stain and finish is inconsistent and unlike the sample provided. The installation went very badly, many measurements were wrong, drawers were built incorrectly. Their customer service is deplorable! British traditions took 7 months to right all that was wrong. I am still owed money for a drawer that was not delivered but charged, and damage to the house during the installation. The owner Tom Bart committed verbally to refunding the cost but continues to ignore emails and 9 months after delivery still has not submitted a refund. I have waited patiently before writing a negative review to give british traditions the opportunity to fix all that needed fixing and to be true to its word. Tom Bart is not. Do not use this company, there are many choices other in Kansas City.
