My review is only in regards to the action of the owner when I requested the five dollar up charge be waived as a one time courtesy to me since I was not aware that there would be a five dollar up charge on a small SUV. The owy was very very nasty and condescending to my request, he began to tell me about when you go to McDonald's they don't give you a discount he went on to talk about Walmart doesn't give a discount and that he was not going to waive the five dollar upcharge just for me even though I am a senior citizen, a loyal customer and have been a loyal customer for many years. I had no argument about the charge being the standard, but I do have issue with an owner being so nasty and distasteful about a request from a loyal customer. He then went on to tell me that it's only five dollars, it's not that much he said!! I wonder why if it wasn't that much he was so adamant not to waive it? Anyway, this review has nothing to do with management or staff at the Grandview location, they did all they could to at least give some consolation to the attitude and harshness of a HORRIBLE, COLD TASKMASTER!! My children ask me a while back to please stop patronizing this business, but the workers and the convenience of the location kept me coming back. As of today my relationship with diamond finish carwash is FINISHED ����!!

They don't pay for damages they make happen
Never again will I go there now they lost a good customer
