Called them to come and solder a leaky line in my machine and install a filter - guy said the compressor was out, $900 to fix. Charged me $75 service call and left. Next day, had it soldered, works fine makes ice. Called them back, asked if they'd do the filter without another service call charge - they never called us back. Cheated us in my opinion - won't use them again.
