This had to be the most insane and frustrating experience I have had with a dry-cleaner. I used to go to Pride on Main Street but since they closed I have been going to Prestige Cleaners. I gave them 1 star because on my 1st visit the older gentlemen there did not charge me extra for not unbuttoning all of my shirts. I usually bring in 10-15 shirts and pants so this was a real blessing at the time.



However, today I went to pick up 10 shirts and 6 pants and the kid only brings up 1 shirt and the pants. This is even the "same" kid I dropped the clothes off with last week. He just gave me a ticket and I gave him my name(this was stupid on my part; hindsight is 20/20). What was even worse was the kid laughed at me when I went back and pointed out the shirts-like this was some kind of joke- I even told him that the green one had a stain on it. I showed him the stain and he said "it's only a little one". If it was big one, it wouldn't be in my wardrobe! Like many teachers I work 12 hours a day and can't get there except on the weekends. Now I have to wait for the manager to deal with this all the while my shirts have somebody elses ticket on it. Three of my shirts were even mixed into another clients order. This place is a disaster and if you are ever going to use them do not accept a blank return ticket. They can not be trusted and furthermore the kid who works on Saturdays is insulting.
