Small Motel, Big Rooms



Not the latest and greatest or the newest, The Apple Valley Motel Has great service and value considering a large room for the price as compared to larger brands. The room I had could easily pass for a monthly rate, but I’m not sure if they offer those rates. The Wi-Fi was excellent allowing me to catch on all my activities (such as submitting reviews). The bath was excellent with good water pressure and quality by which I mean, clean rinsing with no film left as one can feel with “harder” waters. A full kitchen is offered as well with a microwave and a “full-sized” frig. Basically, this is a great hideout for anyone wanting to stay long term and still be in contact with the outside world. There’s no laundry room, but the Motel is located close enough to the larger part of Grandview.
