The Grants Pass Department of Public Safety, Police Operations Division works to provide professional law enforcement services and ensure the safety and security of residents and businesses. It operates patrol, K-9 and crime prevention divisions. The division operates a Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team that responds to high-risk law. In addition, the Grants Pass Department of Public Safety, Police Operations Division employs several school resource and community service officers.
