March 19th @ 11:21 a.m. Absolutely, most terrible service I have ever had at a McDonalds! The manager clearly didn't have control of the situation. The restaurant was filty. One clerk taking orders and 10+ people inline for 20 minutes. Slow getting food & service as well. The drink area was filty, plastic lids all over, straw papers, liquid, all over the counter. 'Ketchup despensers were both covered with plastic bags? Tables dirty, garbage cans full. No napkins in the dispenser. A lady told one of the workers earlier, they were out of napkins and noone refilled it in our 25 minutes there. I also asked for napkins; manager ignored me- she looked at me 2 times as she was WAITING to fill an order. The I verbally yelled out loud, " mam, I need some napkins please." Very, very poor situation. Needed more workers, faster service, and a clean up person!-EXTREMEMLY NECESSARY terrible terrible....environment for a McDonals for service" fast food"...it was certainly not there. Health Dept.?
