The worst customer service ever. Bought a set of sheets, came home found a rip in them. Brought them back and was told I could exchange them, they did not have the color, so I was told I could select a new color. Disagreed to this, was told they would order me a new set, and that I had to come pick them up, or face a fee for them sending me the sheets I already paid for and drove back to replace. I said No, and the salesman made some phone calls, took a while and finally told us they would send it for free. A week later I called back because I had not received or heard anything, was told to wait another week and a half. Still nothing, I called back today and I was told that they would be sending it out and it would take 2-3 days, I demanded a Mail Tracking number so that I can be assured that the product was on its way and the salesman shyed away from the subject, I then demanded to know why I could not receive next day shipping because I have been waiting so long, was told to call back later and speak to the manager. Received a call back 20 minutes later that it had been shipped out, said it would be 2-3 business days, no tracking number....we will see if it arrives. Horrible Business. I will not be returning.
