Several models of cars have a Techinical Service Bullitens published by the vehicle manufacturer that states vehicles engine oil should be filled 1/2 quart low and should not be filled according to the dipstick on the vehicle. Auto Repair shops with qualified ASE technicians would know this procedure. Please bring your vehicle in so that we can show you the specific procedure on your vehicle.

Provided by YP.comBittersweet Auto is overpriced. The last time i will go there my wheel flew off a few weeks after being serviced, because the lugs were loose. The towing guy and the police both said it was loose lugs. After talking to the manager of this location, he told me that they never took my wheel off and denied any liablility. He said he was sorry and offered to put my wheel studs in for free(which woudl have had to been put in to get my vehicle there). I thought about hiring an attorney but the cost of the repair wasn't enough for me to justify it. Bittersweet Auto could have made this better by admitting fault. I would not recommend to anyone, I would suggest going anywhere else.
In 15 years of business we have never had a wheel come off a customers vehicle. I have never been contacted by you to discuss this matter. If we were at fault we would certainly pay for all repairs associated with your claim.
