Used Paige's for large hoodie orders for four years - I had over 30 hoodies done four years in a row and they were done in the proper color, lettering, and the design matched our previous designs perfectly. Really high quality work - these hoodies have lasted 12 years so far and counting.

Had some shirts embroidered a few years ago. While the logos they did were done very accurately, the placement and colors used were all wrong, despite my detailed instructions. When I politely asked why my logo colors were incorrecct and why they were positioned so poorly, I was treated with indifference. Plus, they were quite late in terms of the timeline I was promised.



Hopefully, things have turned around. Again, the quality of the embroidery was great. It was just the other vital areas that were seriously lacking.
