The worst customer we have ever experienced. Took my car in for fuel pump and filter $865. It ran for less than 30 min. Had to have it hauled back and it was there 3 months. Several inquiries without return calls. Had to take time from work to stop in. My wife started calling as they would not answer. Promises not kept. No communication. Finally as fall is here, they called that the care is ready for another $1135. Ready for storage. I complained of the poor communication and stated customer service sucked. The owner stated "you suck too". Would recommend anyone else but Petersons
