Our photographer was terrible. She decided my nefews' names were too hard to remember, so she started calling thm Fred and George. She didn't notice that one had cerebral palsy and kept making him stand, sit, lay, etc to fit her vision. She payed no attention to people's clothing (always wanting the only teen wearing stripes to hold th baby wearing stripes, etc). She ignored imprut on what poses we wanted. In the end, even he one pose we ordered wasn't very good.

I have been visiting this stupid on a very regular basis for almost 2 years. Almost every time I go in prices are raised by about $5. The photographers are impatient. The studios are open to the waiting room creating an incredibly distracting environment for a child. I can't even count the number of times the photographer has missed a great shot for no apparent reason. I attempted to contact the company with my issues. As there is no contact button on their website I went to their Facebook page. I had hoped for an apology, but instead my comment was deleted and I was banned from the page.



Go across the street to Target. Their prices are better, their people are friendlier, and it is all around a better experience.

The poses of my grandchildren were absolutely HORRIBLE... The photographer didn't even take time to straighten out their hair or outfit when she put then into different poses.. They looked stiff in all the pictures.. Nothing natural looking.. My grandchildren were in from out of town and not having appointment any where else and no other photography place had any openings.. I ran to Wal-Mart, waited 45 min they fit us in and the pictures were great. Back grounds and sittings were nice.. Will NEVER go to Portrait Innovations ever again.. Not worth the trouble!!
