Love Bikram yoga, wish I could do it more often. This location has great instructors. Has a little bit of a smell, I'm sure from the small room regularly being so hot. It's tolerable, but something you have to adjust to. But, if you've never tried bikram, it is one of the most amazing experiences!

I love the workouts here! The instructors are helpful and knowledgeable. They also offer some unique workout wear.

Good yoga studio that offers several different kinds of classes. However I am not a hot yoga fan and I hate the smell of the room following this class.

I have been going to Granite Bay Bikram for more than 3 years and love it. My back feels so much better when I go regularly. Patty is the best!
