I have been dealing with Mike Case since the 2nd year he was open, I think around 1993 or ’94, and have found him to be honest, fair, hard working and hell, he must be doin' somethin' right cause I ain't the only guy keepin' him in business.



I only know of one competitor he has that has been in the Pontoon Granite City area longer. I have dealt with both places, and although this, (unnamed), competitor, has treated me fine when I went to him, I prefer Mike Case @ Cases Custom Cycles, hands down anytime.



Mike is very “personable” and easy going. I’ve never seen him with his feathers ruffled, not ever.



Damn, the guy has loaned me tools, given me free advice and even dropped everything on two occasions, to come with his truck and ramps to haul my bike home for me, (at a very modest fee I must add).



Mike also deserves credit for giving one of my two sons a job during my divorce. It wasn't just the job that helped, Mike made his best effort to be a friend to my boy and help him through a rough time in his young life.



I’ll always owe Mike for that, and that isn’t a debt that can ever be repaid!
