I am a very indecisive person. I have even changed my mind in the middle of a haircut, but I always come out with a good cut. I have been going back for several years. No matter who you get, you'll be glad you tried them.

First, we explained to you repeatedly that what you wanted would be a process
You had box color of a medium brown, you wanted a lightest blonde on the ends. We processed your hair while keeping the integrity and minimal damage. You returned the same evening after calling, wanting it lighter. We reprocessed your hair against our better judgment and again explaining that what you are wanting is a PROCESS. I provided you with hair care products at no charge as well to keep your hair in better condition.
Then you less than two weeks later asking to have it redone at a discount.
Again, it's a process, it costs.
I wish people would understand that drastically changing your hair color is not a YouTube video. It takes time and we have to protect your hair.

Could not be happier! I followed the girl who has cut my hair for almost a year now to her new facility at City Buzz. She is highly skilled and knows her stuff - why else would I never to go anyone else? The storesite is clean and easy to get in and out of. Right now they have a bargain price for a standard haircut, beats all the corporate chop-shops!

I had a simple cut, Layers! First of all who cuts hair while it's dry? Especially curly, thick, and dry hair? I didn't go to school to cut hair and neither did my 3 year old daughter, but she could have done a better job than this girl!!! I'm going back today to try and get it fixed I know that if they cut it any shorter I'll look like a %#$@^*# boy I want to cry I will never go back after this and I don't recomend it!
