I have been trying to get a line of credit with Guardian Savings Bank for the last 3 months. I am waiting again for another return phone call from Rick Burkhard. Each time he has told me he would return my phone call he has not. I have sent alot of business to Guardian but think I will not be doing that again in the near future.
