So my daughter and I decided to go through the drive thru today for lunch we got to the window they handed us our food they then returned to the window and explained they could not get my card to run because of the black strip being chipped on the back of my card she then asked me if I had another card I told her no because I didn't and I did not have cash on me either she then just stares at me blankly no reponse ... so I said will do you need the food back or?? ... Thinking she would do what is right for the business and tell me to keep it and learn from that next time not to hand the food to the customer first ...but no!.. she asked for the food back!!!Now Ive worked in the fast-food industry before when I was younger and I know you can not put that food back out through the window you would have to throw it away or one of the employees could eat it themselves but what else were they going to do with that food?? It was legit the rudest experience I've ever had there and I will not ever return. went through KFC right after had no problem with my card. I called corporate and their response was "they were sorry and the girl was new and that you could imagine if they would have let me have the food certain people would take advantage of that!" Really?? There is a simple way to avoid that if that is what you're worried about don't hand out the food first!! Ridiculous bye bye lees
