STAY AWAY!!! BEWARE of extremely rude service!



These are the types of responses you get when you start to ask questions about delivering timing.



Deann calls me and starts with "What do you want?" "Didn't the other store call you back to give you an update?" I stated that they had, but I still had several questions. Deann said that she gave the other store all of my info and that "it is 5:00 and we are getting ready to go home", in an extremely rude tone. I tell her that I am the customer and she isn't going to speak to me with that tone. I also say that, if that is how she wants to handle my business I will just cancel my order. She said she "would do me one better and cancel it for me." I said great please process my credit back to my card immediately, to which she responded "I am going home and will process it tomorrow" and hung up on me.



I don't see how any company can staying business with this attitude!

BEWARE Do not buy furniture here. They took over $2000 from us and delivered a broken bed. The owner is corrupt and rude and will not give us our money back, replace the bed or even answer our calls. They hang up when we call them and say we are not doing anything. We bought the bed in July 2015. WE are now filing a suit against them. They are nice until they get your money then they lie!!!!!
