I had wanted to glass enclose my front porch for some time, but after several tries at getting providers to actually come to my home, hear what I wanted, and give a estimate of cost, I had all but given up on the project for my modest home, thinking it was just too bothersome for contractors. My experience dealing with contractors is limited, but my husband is somewhat unable to do all the task he once handled for us. When I called Foothills Glass, my call was answered by Micheal, he came at his appointed time, he measured my project, he listened to my description of what I wanted, he explained a short history of his business and left, stating he would work up his cost estimate and let me know shortly. Very professional. That was first week in April 2015. Today...June 10, ...the project is finished. I could not be more pleased. Yes, it took longer than I thought, longer than the workers wanted I'm sure, but with all the out-of-square problems my 60 year old home presented, the finished job looks great! We love it, and our family and friends compliment the looks and workmanship. The workers were friendly and professional, despite the hot, humid work days (four or five work times over the two months) and the firm cost price that had been stated at the beginning was honored by Micheal, despite the problems and delays. Now, THAT is a rare thing these days. I might also mention that the glass panes were over-sized panes, some seven foot wide, and those were the cause of delays. I can highly recommend Foothill Glass, and give them a five star!
