Colbolt needs to treat their employees better. In speaking with a few of their employees, I am saddened and sickened that they don't hold every employee accountable for their own actions and the things they say to one another. Instead if an employee is related to someone higher up in the company they get a free pass on their despicable Behavior, and "crap rains down" on the person who is innocent in this situation. Employees are fearful to report to management or HR because of retaliation. The company has lost many a good employee because of this, and unless they run their company more professional I'm sure they will continue to lose.
