The service was very good employees were very friendly thay work as a team so my food came out quickly and still hot

Ordered a shrimp taco ($2.89) today . I was very disappointed to find a TINY taco with 4 small shrimp hidden in a soggy cold taco shell. Not at all up to the usual KFC standard. Not a repeat and would not recommend.

On March 11th, 2011 I went through the Drive-thru at the KFC in Canton Georgia (store # 023007). The time was 12:10. No one else was in the drive thru ahead of me or behind me. I placed my order, a 2 piece..total $4.97..the drive-thru clerk said $4.97. When I drove to the window the clerk there tried to charge me $5.29!!!!!!! The price jumped .32 cents from the time I ordered to the time I drove to the window. I question her WHY it had changed...she couldn't tell me..she seemed to have been caught with her hand in the cookie jar. She was NOT the same one that took my order. After I refused to pay the sudden increase....she agreed to the $4.99. This certainly has made me have second thoughts about going to KFC.

Just Finished Shopping at Shoprite and wanted ot take a bucket of chicken home for dinner. Already purchased the condiments so we wanted our favorite meal..the best fried chicken!! Pulled up to the window in Brodheadsville, Pa. and ordered the "7 for 5" special advertised on TV...I was rudely told "We don't sell that here...only Philadelphia sells it!" Well it didn't say that on TV!!! If this is the way KFC treats their senior citizens, especially after patronizing this establishment , rest assured you have lost a big KFC fan.

your commercial offers 6pcs for $5 and 12 for $10 but I had NO choice as to what pieces I wanted all I was told I could get was legs an thighs,,,YUCK..as per that particular location all they could tell me is that it states that on the commercial, so I paid very CLOSE attention the next time I viewed the commercial an it states nothing of the kind...LIARS..I dont think I will EVER get that chicken again..signed VERY Disappointed...

i called ahead they said they dont take call ins but they had the chicen i wanted they dont always went down they didnt got something els they talked me into the 8piece special made me wait for biscits got home biscits were liqid bater inside they forgot my cake i havent goten the write order in three diferent purchases they need to train there staf and managers

I have went to this kfc several times, this waw my last. The customer service pathetic, quote ( yeah, nal, no mo extra crunchy gotta wait if ya want it). This is during lunch between 1:00 1:30.m So after waiting for the 10 pcs there was a mix up with another order when I did get home with my chicken it was not fully cooked and so greasy. I was so upset we could not eat the chicken, if i didn't live 15 miles away I would have taken it back. My husband loves kfc but this facilty can not get it right. Today was the first time in 4 years I bought kfc. When I drove up and was ask , could I take your order, I ask a question about the fliet basket, She answered and I told her I could not understand her and she said , well I don't understand you. So I ask my question again and still I did not understand her. She repeated it again and I ordered. She told me the cost and I paid. There were no wedg potatos and she said there was a two min. wait., I ordered something else. When she delivered the order she said not a work. No smile; no thank you or have a nice day. We love your Chicken Pot Pie and buy them often, we went to your 2340 Randleman Rd. Greensboro, NC Stone # J120087 on 1/9/2011 after Church. My husband and I both ordered a chicken pot pie. It looked beautiful nice and brown, but the strange thing was there was hardly any chicken in either of our pies. My husband and I began to eat, and I said to him I can't find any chicken and his reply was neither can I. They were busy so we did not say anything there. Just thought I would share our experience with you.

i feel ripped off. $14.00 for a bucket of chicken and it wasn't enough for two people. these by far were the smallest pieces of chicken i've ever seen. u will never see any more of my money again. this isn't the first time i have been discussedwith kfc. but it is the first time i've ever been mad enough two write a letter.good bye childhood friend. my kids will never know what kfc used to be. only the terrible chicken joint you have become.

God knows it's the best greasy fried food you can eat out of a bucket in your car. Man, the baked beans are to die for! That buffet idea was a great one; I'm all the time eating at the one in my hometown of Pearl, MS. Right after I get off work I can go in there in my hard hat, my muddy boots, my torn jeans, and my Def Leppard t-shirt and chow down on all I can eat for $5.99. Even though I smell like I just crawled through a sewer, nobody in there even seems to mind. Like everybody else, I've heard freaky stories about the kind of chicken KFC serves, but I don't mind: I come from a part of the country where people eat pigs' knuckles, for crying out loud. Love the pot pie too; good ol' comfort food. You know, I've been through Grants once, on my way to Telluride, CO back in 1997. As you probably know by now, there's no point whatsoever in this review.

I use to love KFC but now they put to much pepper in your chicken !!!So you had to change the recipe .You can put pepper on but you cant take it off. So people that dont like all that pepper cant eat your chicken any more. Yours truly, Judy Kingston St.Elmo,IL
