Picked Quest Title Company to facilitate our closing. Started off well but soon ran into issues. The title company started becoming unresponsive and we had trouble getting answers/help. Instead of answering our questions and solving the issues the title company employees blamed other each other instead of working towards solving the issues or getting us answers. Communication got worse as we got to the closing date until our closing date came on 9/3/21 and then went without communication or closing documents being given. We struggled for a couple weeks to even get pdf copies of the closing documents. It's a month after we signed documents and we are still waiting on original closing documents which they promised to mail out weeks ago. We can't get anyone to return our phone call or emails to try to resolve this issue. They said they would do a job, got paid to do it and a month later still have not completed it. They turned what should have been an exciting life event to a nightmare.
