In responce to the woman who was treated so badly at CASCADE METAL merlin Or, owned by ROGER HANSON If u think u were treated badly check this out, the owner of CASCADE METAL, ROGER HANSON, came to cal. and stole my husbands log loader and scraped it. it was already cut into pieces before we knew he had removed it from the job. he was working with a couple of con artist named BOB HUNSUCKERand his girlfriend SUE GIBBINS but ROGER HANSON of CASCADE METAL in Merlin Or. was buy no means a victim of their illegal activities, he was a partner in this crime. And now The owner of CASCADE METAL ,ROGER HANSON is trying to get off by trying to pay my husband a fraction of what the metal that made up my husbands log loader was worth. No money for the loss of our business or for lost wages, as my husband cant work with out his equipment, and we also cannot afford to buy a new log loader. so we are just screwed if we let him get away with this. Now we are going to have to sue the crook and to make matters worse my husband's mother is 81 years old and was in a rehab center recovering from a stroke when they , ROGER HANSON, SUE GIGGINS,and BOB HUNSUCKER conspired to steel my husbands business right out from underneath him. Now my husband has no way to make a living and we have to pay for his mothers 24/7 in-home care as she dose not qualify for assistance. I really don't understand why the machine was so important to CASCADE METAL anyway as I have visited their business in the past and it is obvious that our little loader means nothing to the future success of their business. But It meant everything to us. I can see that the owner of this company ROGER HANSON is just a greedy sociopath who would probably steel the food rite out of a starving child,s mouth to save himself .and i just wanted you to know that your letter just confirmed my suspicions, as to what kind of a person ROGER HANSON really is. I am very sorry to here that you were treated so badly during you visit to CASCADE METAL in Merlin OR and I truly hope that you never find yourself the victim of such violent and unjust abuse again. It just really makes me wonder what has become of decent people when an owner of a business treats a customer,or patron, especially a woman, like he treated you. I really don't know what my family's going to do or how we are going to pay our bills now that ROGER HANSON of CASCADE METAL has destroyed my husbands business and who knows how long he'll tie this up in court. But u can rest assured that we wont back down until Roger Hanson's business is in the same shape of our current business if that makes u feel any better, U sound like a nice person and I know that nice people just want to be fair and to be treated fairly , and don't want to see anyone get hurt so my letter probably wont have any impact on you one way or the other . I just wanted to warn others that they probably wont get treated fairly at CASCADE METAL and to say that it seems to me that the whole world has gone crazy , really there must be something in the water!

I had the most unfortunate experience with this company. Wanting to clean up my yard of unsitely scrap metal & choosing this establishment to use was the worst mistake I could have made. All I can think of is the forman or the man in charge hates woman. Not being familiar with how things work in this yard I unknowingly had the misfortune of parking in the wrong spot and getting in the way of a semi from what I was told. Next thing I know I was being verbally assaulted by a large man. Almost to the point of a physical altercation. I have never been treated so badly by anyone, and one of the names I was being called was stupid. I guess customer service is not one of the skills taught to these employees or it just doesn't matter to them. I don't know, but I do know I will never recommend this business to anyone & will take my business gladly to the other side of town next time to schnitzer steel who know how to treat there customers
