I have lived in Grants Pass, Oregon for over 20 years, and have shopped at Mini Pet Mart for at least 20 years, the service has always been very customer friendly. They go out their way to help each customer with their pet needs. I've had 3 labs, 15 cats in the 20 years I have shopped at MPM and they have always asked me if they could help me with my pets needs, and they always have offered to carry my pets purchases out to my car.

Talk about rude service! Acted like it was out of there way to ring up my purchases. Won't be going back. Will spend my money someplace else.
