Provided by YP.comWe have used Redwood Glass for several home projects. They have great prices and are fast to get the job done. Very courteous. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Provided by YP.comThe owner called me back and told me hoe would replace the glass, but I had to pay for it.
I paid another 242 dollars. The customer service was horrible, the two guys that came out were very rude and talked bad about me within earshot. I had to tell them to finish what they were doing and get out. I did not pay 242 dollars to have two jerks come to my home and try to make me feel stupid or inaddequite.
I was still worried about the window because I know nothing hit it so I called another glass company to come and tell me what they think about it. The guy that came out explained how the window should have been installed in a way that was appropriate for the age of the house and size of the glass. He also told me that I paid way too much the first and second time I paid for it. I will not do business with Redwood glass again.

Provided by YP.comI would not recommend Redwood glass. I have a very large living room window that does not open, and had Redwood glass put a piece of glass in it not even two years ago, supposedly the best glass they have. The glass craked from under the wood that is holding it in, and the guy that came out here to look at it came up with every reason (none of which actually happened) that it could have broken. I asked him to come into the house and look at the situation from inside, so he would know that there is a couch along the entire wall that the window is on, and nothing touches that window. He did not come into the house. He went on to say they have the best glass and the best installation, but when asking other people about windows, they said that either there were fractures in the glass when they cut it, or it was packed too tight and it broke from pressure. The last peice of glass was in there for 6 years before it was hit by a baseball which craked it in the center.
While I was outside with the contractor, a neighbor walked by and said he had some pretty crapy work done on screens by Redwod glass, and they would not fix it. I called the owner who would not listen to me, just said that they do not warranty breaks, and if I wanted a new peice of glass, I would have to pay full price again. That is how they get their money, re-work. Great, I spent more than 700 dollars on that window, and it didn't even last 2 years. I would never ever have them do anything to my house for any reason.
