Provided by YP.comJust called to have our prescriptions transferred from another large chain (out of state). The person I spoke to in pharmacy was as rude as rude can be. Told me they will not transfer prescriptions from that pharmacy because they are too difficult to deal with and told me we would both have to have our doctors write us all new prescriptions (we have already moved out of state). He said that it's up to me, but that 's what has to be done. I told him that I would not be dealing with Rite Aid because of his total lack of customer service (he was very short and rude to me) and he said that would be better for him!
If this is what customer service is like in Grants Pass, perhaps we should have stayed in Montana!
