Long story short, the computer repair department needs to can Zack. Yesterday (8/3/16) I came very close to dragging him across the counter for a "chat". He refuses to answer simple questions with a "yes" or "no". I asked if my computer tower was ready: "A technician is currently working on it..." and went on and on. Finally, I wedged myself in and said: "So, it's not done?" He then again went in with the "...a technician is currently working on it..." routine and after going 3 or 4 rounds, I finally got a "no" answer. Zack, lose the self-centered, egotistical, pompous "I know more than you!" attitude...and get a haircut for cryin' out loud! If Staples would lose Zack, the computer department would be a dream to deal with. As it stands, it's a bloody nightmare! Brian and the others are perfectly nice and helpful employees. Zack, on the other hand, has severe problems in the self-respect department and seriously needs counseling. Zack, you're there to HELP your customers, not act stupid
