Provided by YP.comWent in to get rid of brassy tones. Girl used a warm toned color - of course it looked even worse. Finally had to flat out ask her to use a lavender color since everyone should know that cancels out brassiness. It was still patchy and just a mess. I left almost in tears because I had just wasted $100 only to end up with worse hair. Called and emailed manager but never heard back. Needless to say I fixed my hair myself at home- should have done that in the first place. Learned my lesson. Not impressed.
