Great selection and amazing customer service. My sales associate answered all my questions and made it easy for me to make up my mind on which furniture was best.

They didn’t have the couch I came for but I did find one I liked, it was out of stock so I will have to wait a month or so for delivery. Sam and Tanya were super helpful and friendly.

Jacob was awesome! He took his time and helped us to visualize our room with different options. He was patient and not too pushy.

Upon arriving at the Ashley Homestore, we were greated by Christy New who had assisted me and my wife 2 years ago purchase a livingroom set and a diningroom set. She greeted us today with a warm smile and asked if she could help us. She took her time and walked around the store with us until we found the furniture we were most comfortable with both in the style, color and dimensions we wanted and that stayed within our budget. We left the store happy and pleased! Thank you Christy and thank you Ashley for hiring such a wonderful and pleasant employee as Christy.

I found the items I liked online, however, my address could not be verified. So I went to the Grapevine store location and met Jack. Jack had been very wonderful. He helped me with my order and even gave me them at lower prices posted online. Moreover, I saved myself from S&H versus if I had bought my items online.

I had an awesomr experience with christy... I bought a bed and an incrediable mattress...i will definitely be back!!

Steve C. Purchased furniture on June 10th. Sales Associate said 4 to 6 weeks before it arrives. Called in the middle of the 5th week. Was told it would be in DFW the 7th week and delivered the the 8th week after the order date. Called July 29th end of the 7th week to confirm delivery. Was told would not arrive until the week of September 3rd. Delivered the next week. No calls from Ashley's concerning my order. Why could they have been calling me with updates. Store Manager offered to deliver free. I have 5 times that amount in my time spent. Found similar furniture in a locally owned furniture store in Grapevine. In stock. Being delivered This Friday. Just another reason to purchase from locally owned business. May pay a little more, but they care. National Chains just do not care about service.

Rodney Hatfield was awesome from when we came in the store. Showed up just to look around. He gave us space. He could tell we were comparing a couple different selections came over and answered questions about the differences and our preferences. Worked out purchase options and gave us time to discuss. Came back the next day and made a purchase with him. Stand up quality person! Trustworthy guy that I I would recommend anybody to work with.

Rodney Hatfie at the GRAPEVINE, TX location is the best. We have purchased a lot of our furniture in our home from ASHLEY FURNITURE but especially from Rodney. He's a great down to earth guy who is professional and caring. We always talk about more than the furniture we are buying. He's a great human being and we will always ask for Rodney.

Our salesperson Christy New was fantastic. We told her what we were looking for and she directed us to those items in the store, which saved us time in looking at the vast selection of items. When we wanted to see 2 chairs together that were on opposite sides of the store, she carried one over. Just a great sales experience. Our furniture was delivered ahead of when they said it would be ready, and the driver delivered on time at our house and set everything up.

My experience was nothing short of amazing!! My salesperson Christy New went ABOVE and BEYOND to get me the item I wanted. She was very friendly and very attentive to what I was looking for. I went into the store with an item I saw online. The price online was a better deal and Ms. Christy was able to honor the price from there online website. I've purchased majority of all my furniture from Ashley furniture and with great ppl like Ms. Christy New, I will continue to spend my money there! Thank you Christy for taking the time to help me!

Mr. Larry Box, Sales Associate was vey professional, customer friendly and excellent communication skills. Mr. Box was very knowledgeable about the merchandise, and quickly answered my questions. First time buyer at Ashley's Home Store. First looked online, and then contacted the store - Sales staff extremely helpful. Went to the Store, and was assisted by Javier. He was extremely helpful and patient while we decided on our purchases, and checking out was a breeze.

Great experience as a first time-buyer at Ashley Furniture. The staff at the Grapevine Mills store was outstanding and very knowledgeable, especially the agent who helped me. I felt like a VIP!! Highly recommend that store!!
