Racist against Hispanics, Caucasian, Asian ect.......The diversity present is the control and will manipulate managers and supervisors in to the continuing of this type of harassment and discrimination. This facility is a libertine type of environment no labor laws, no rights from the defamation and slander from other employees. The guilty, ( The ones always kissing up to the boss's.) but management never realizes they make fun of them behind their backs and how they got the shindig under their control running off the good employees and how they got ride of a certain employee they wanted out for over production (making them look bad) and still smile and shake hands with the higher ups. Real smooth operation. Lord have mercy!
