Oil change/Filter and Tire Rotation on 4-17-20 on my 2015 Silverado, had special for 69.95, fresh coffee, clean waiting area, from service advisor to customer service at checkout all went well. I live in Irving I drive a good distance for a reason.

Bought my first new truck in 2005. Went back in 2018 for the next one. Salesman, PJ, was quite a bit younger than me (that happens more and more...), and is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about his product.
A 13 yo 200K+ truck that was worked wasn't much on trade value, yet PJ was diligent in getting me a deal I could afford.
I appreciate that; well done, PJ.

We loved Erin Embrey. She did so well and worked quickly to get us approved and in our new car. We will definitely be back. The financial manager was awesome and friendly as well. I'm glad we chose Classic!

I have very mixed opinions about my experience at your dealership. First I will share the bad and then the good...

Bad: Tobacco spit spots on the sidewalk in front of the used car building doorway. Disgusting. Almost left because of that. Reasonably friendly service when I walked in...but not sure I would have felt that way as a female. Was connected with a salesperson who was attentive and helpful, BUT, the second we came back to his office from being out on the lot he stuck a chew in his mouth and proceeded with our conversation while chewing and spitting in his trash can. Also, while I sat in the salespersons office I listened to the rest of the office employees belch and carry-on in the front lobby area. I ended up not buying a car that night because I didn't get a good feeling about the people I was dealing with. It all just felt too unprofessional.

The good....A different salesperson (Dustin Davis) had been working with me over the phone during the prior two weeks. As a person in sales myself, I respected his follow up and the fact that he knew who I was when I called him. He kept me updated on the vehicles that I was interested in and kept me up to speed with his schedule. I was able to contact Dustin on his cell after my experience with the salesperson at the lot and let him know that I was still interested in the vehicle. I came out the next day and finalized the deal with Dustin. Dustin understood my time frame was tight the day I finalized the deal and had everything ready to go by the time I came in. The other positive was the level of professionalism and service I received from the gentleman that worked up my paperwork (Chris).
