We bought a couch with two build in recliners. The quality is so good we went back two years later to purchase a matching loveseat. We’ve had both pieces now over 8 years and never had any quality issues at all and are totally satisfied with our purchases. The Sales Rep was knowledgeable, polite and never pressured us in any way. They are our store to recommend to all of our friends.

Was told that there was a lifetime warranty when I bought the most expensive chair they had. Now no one will help me or even make an attempt to listen to me, including the General Manager of the store. If you need a recliner, don't believe their hype about warranty....it's all just so much baloney.

Life time mechanisam warranty consists of you driving in to dallas paying 100.00 dollars per hour labor ,parts free, then driving back to Dallas to get the recliner. No more lazy boys for me.

The Manager at Lazy boy at the Grapevine, TX store is lacking in customer service. I bought my husband a recliner. Since we were moving in 30 days across the street from Lazy boy the salesman said he would sit in the back room and we could pick it up. So on the move in day, my husband took the u haul across the street to pick it up. The manager said No, salesman made a mistake telling u that. He said I am going to call the warehouse truck to pick it up and take it to our warehouse 30 miles away and you can pick it up. But you cant pick it up today (the day we had the u haul) because the truck would have it for 24 hours. So the following week we were given an address to pick it up in Arlington. So we get up there and find out its the right address but not the warehouse address because its really located at edge of Irving and Dallas. So after nearly 3 hour ordeal we finally got the chair in our car and got it to our apartment across the street from Lazy boy. The manager at Lazy boy did not care about the fact we were given wrong information and it would have been no sweat off his back to just allow it. He is a terrible uncaring manager. Rhonda Wi
