Completely unprofessional and inadequate. Despite talking to me 3 times the week before the party they apparently they somehow forgot that our party was today!!! Then they stuffed another party that came in after us in the back room so they could accommodate us both at the same time. All she could say is that we were not as inconvenienced as the other party and she had to scramble to make it happen. Oh please let met feel sorry for your own screw up. Good grief! People have no idea how to run a business these days. Not enough staff, unorganized trying to juggle parties they didn't realize they booked and inability to keep up with 4 years attention span. I ended up doing the makeup for the girls myself. Go somewhere else!!
