Provided by YP.comI've had two orders in the past year that were shipped on a customer account that they screwed up.
Once, they shipped the item overnight ... to our address. They'd damaged the label and shipped it back to us because they'd ruined the printed customer address. And billed us for it.
In the other case, they shipped it internationally after saying the customer account number was valid - then billed us for the amount. I couldn't get help from the office or corporate. They alternately blamed us or the customer who received the item.
This is on top of rude customer service, occasionally damaged shipments and long waits. We do not use them anymore.

Provided by YP.comUse caution with this staff, if you are an expert in shipping they are OK, but if you are not an expert and you rely on their skill they will take advantage of you. Buyer Beware! There are other more trusted shipping services in the community.
