Provided by YP.comThis post office never has enough employees working the front lobby. Today (again) I walked in and there were about 8 people in line. Only 2 workers working the desk and slow as molasses. There were about 6 people waiting for passports. One worker finished helping a lady and then he stepped out of line to assist passport people. You could tell everyone just shrugged because we were annoyed. During the lunch hour in Grapevine (11-2), there should be 4 employees running that front lobby. And another thing, the machine was broke (again) so I wasn't able to use the machine for "self serve". If they would install at least 3-4 of these machines, it would be so much better for customers. I can't tell you how many times I have walked into this post office and then turned around and walked out (today being another day) due to long lines and slow postal workers. HIRE MORE PEOPLE USPS!!!! Location is not good -- this street is always so busy and hard to get in/out of USPS parking lot.

Provided by YP.comI live at the Marquis at Silver Oaks Apartment community!!! Lori is our Mail lady for our apartment community!!! She is wonderful!! She takes the time to label all of our packages and let us know if we are waiting where they are!! She is so kind and happy all the time!! I have seen a lot of grumpy mail people in my day and she is by far the best!!!! Thank you Lori for being on top of it every day and always having a smile on your face!!!

Provided by YP.comPeople don't know when you call a post office you do not go there - you go to a general answering point. Based on this location alone I would give this office 5 stars because the people are great! They have gone out of their way to find lost mail, stop mail on short notice, and are nice even when it's hot and the lines are long.

Provided by YP.comIf I could give no stars, I would. They NEVER answer their phone. When I called the 1-800 number for the national customer service line, I sat on hold and that lady was somewhat helpful, and said she would request they email me instead, to answer my questions. That was a week ago and still nothing. I do not have access to my mail now because they won't get back to me about having a key made for my box. I just moved to town and I'm not impressed.

Provided by YP.comMy experience is they don't answer their phones forcing you to physically go in to make an appt to get a passport. Then when you go in the Post Master on your appt time after you finally get some help makes the clerk stop and help other first. Worse part if you address it you get ignored. Bad Custer service. Go anywhere but their for passport services even if it's a different Post Office. Southlake PO is much better.
