I have been a customer for many years. Always friendly and reliable. They will go the extra mile to insure customer satisfaction. When my wife was in the hospital, they drove my truck back to me after service. A real community oriented service center.

Best auto mechanics in this area

Ken and Bill have taken great care of my car over the last few years! They do honest work and even let me borrow a car while doing extensive work on mine this last time! I needed the car to be ready and safe for a long move and they did just that! I will miss having them as my mechanics! Also Barbara at the front desk is awesome too!

horrible service, they smoke in vehicles, cannot perform simple service center tasks without reoccurring issues, manager doesn't return calls, save yourself the hassle and don't waste your time here.

They do really good work not just for inspections and such but they do good custom exhauts. Not sure what else they can do as far as custom work but I'm sure they can do most things you could want.

I brought a 2001 Chrysler Sebring that I was planning to buy that day into this shop for a MD inspection. I was recommended by a friend to bring it here to make sure it passed before buying it. Upon arrival, they said that they were very busy at the moment and asked if I could bring it back tomorrow. I explained to them that I lived over an hour away and that it would be a great inconvenience. So, only an hour later, not only did they have the car passed for inspection, they also put oil in it and went ahead and switched 2 lights that were out and only charged me for the parts. I had a new inspected car faster than I could ever imagine thanks to Willard's Service Center. Not to mention the staff is very nice and honest. I would give them 6 stars if I could, highly recommended by me! I've put up with plenty of rude and dishonest mechanics so it was nice to find somewhere that I can keep going to for good and fast service.
