Buyer Beware!! If you change your mind you will be charged 5% of your total even if it is the same day. They had not even lifted a finger to load or deliver the 3 appliances. They were not due until a week later.

I bought a Sony T.V. from Big-1 Appliance in Grass Valley 2 weeks ago for my mother who is in a senior living facility. Within a few days of hooking the T.V. up in her room, I noticed that the screen was not sharp and the acuity was soft. Today, I went to Big-1 and asked that they order me another T.V. and that I would even upgrade and pay for a better T.V. which would be a win-win for them. The representative for Big-1 Appliance was dismissive, demeaning, argumentative and unwilling to honor my request. This T.V. cost me $600. The representatives attitude was unbelievably condescending and rude, which evoked an angry response from me. He then told me I would have to deal with the manufacturer: Sony. I told him I work full time and did not have time to go through these unnecessary steps. The T.V. by the way was a demo T.V. it wasnt even in a sealed box. I just purchased it off the shelf. I am so disappointed with their lack of respect and non-existent service that I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Dont go to this store.

the absolute worst service I ever had in my life!!

Had warranty service done on our refrigerator. The technician was very nice and tidy. He fixed the problem in no time and even took a look at our other appliances that had been installed by our builder. He found a problem with our dishwasher and advised my husband on what needed to be done. Just an excellent experience!
