They sold me a ph balance water machine for the whole house. The agreed to service it every year as required. It's been over 4 years and they have not. I called them several times. They made appointments and did not show up.

They now say the machine has not been working for at least 2 or more years.

I notice that they are doing other businesses so it would appear this one is not working out.

They refuse to service it and they refuse to take it back.

I have a CoolerZone water cooler at my work which is great, no bottles, and less cost than delivered water, but I found out they installed whole-house water systems !



We are on a well and purchased a softener and acid system (?) anyway it's great ! My dishes don't have the spots like before, and pots and pans are easier to clean as well as the tub.

Also, My hairdresser told me she noticed my hair is not as brittle and I noticed my skin is not as dry and itchy, so I'm really happy with our system, great investment.
