I have come to rely on the straight forward advice from Sierra Timberline's sales team. They worked quickly, did everything they said they would, and could not have done anything better. I highly recommend them.

We liked the style and prices that Sierra Timberline had - that is why we selected and bought our Jotul there. They did a good job with follow-up during the project. If they could have done anything better, they could have taked a little more time to explain everything once the installation was done.

We bought a Jotul gas stove to replace our wood stove. Sierra Timberline had a great inventory of stoves to choose from, even though ours was hard to fit. Everyone we dealt with was lovely, knowledgable, and personable. We are very happy with everything about the job.

We like our Vermont Castings Encore. We bought it from Sierra Timberline because they were close to us, and have a good selection of stoves.

Sierra Timberline is a local, home-town business with a reputation for being reliable - that's why we picked them for our new fireplace (a Regency "L234 Liberty"). We were very satisfied with everything, but were most impressed with the professional attitude and knowledge of the crew.

This is the fourth stove we have purchased from your store. You have a very good staff.

We live about an hour and a half away. We found your store thru your website - you sell the kind of stove we were interested in (Quadrafire 3100 Step Top woodstove). We called and spoke with Steve. We were very impressed with the knowledge of products and service provided. The pricing was competitive, and we were very pleased with the installation.

We have known about this store for years, so we went there and bought a new gas Enviro stove for our house. The service we received was friendly and informative both in the store and in our house. They have a wide selection with many options. We are delighted with the clean, efficient installation, and I cannot think of any way they could have done better.

I wish to commend Andrew for the estimate and explaning the installation. Also he and Scott did a neat and meticulous job in installing. These two are an asset to your company. You could not have done better. I like the quality of the blinds, the way they roll up and are out of the way, and the good looks of the blinds.

I like to buy locally and this store has everything I need. They were great on anything I can rate them on - my first impression of them, their product knowledge, their fulfillment of commitments made during the sale, their large selection of products, the appearance of their showroom, the installation crew, and the overall experience - all were 5 stars! Everything was perfect. I have already told other people this is the place to find a new gas or wood stove, and will continue to refer others too.

I wanted a soapstone wood stove, and I heard about them via word of mouth. Their service could not have been better from my first telephone inquiry to the final installation. They have a large selection of stoves and accessories. Andrew and the crew were great, professional, and knowledgeable. I will be referring others here too.

We got a new natural gas insert to replace our old wood insert. Sierra Timberline has a great display of fireplace inserts. Steve did a very good presentation in the store, and Matt and Andy were an excellent install crew. There was nothing that could have been done better. We recommend them highly.

We recommend Sierra Timberline if you are looking for a wood stove or insert. We bought a Kodiak wood insert this March - the salespeople were very knowledgeable and helpful, they had all of the info we needed about the 2010 tax credit on the wood stove, and the installation crew was very courteous. We have been here for 20+ years, and know they have been in business locally for longer than that. If anything could have been better, it would always have been nice to get a lower price, but I guess you get what you pay for.

You guys were excellent. Scott and Matt were efficient, polite, informative, and left the jobsite very clean. They were a delight! Thank you for a wonderful overall experience buying a gas stove from you!
