Do not go there. Whoever provided the service for the other reviewers was not working when I went there. I have been waiting for years for the iPhone to come to Verizon. On 5/12/11 at 4:00 p.m., I was finally able to spare a few minutes to pick up this phone. Walked in and the girl behind the counter gave me ZERO attention. She did not even acknowledge my presence. Her conversation with her friend about some basketball game one of them was involved with was more important than my time. This store lost a sale and a customer to the Verizon store down the hill (I made sure the other store does not have the same owner)

I was recently dealing with some billing issues and I had a broken phone. When I got to the store the line was rather long between the guy there and the girl they were helping multiple people at the same time. After not long at all they asked how I could be helped. Long story short my bill is now 30 dollars cheaper a month and they were able to get me an early upgrade to a nice texting phone and spent the time to show me how to text. I now can keep better connection with my kids since thats all they do is text. I have been to alot of stores in town and the service at this location is far more superior than the service iv got at any other location. thank you wireless store!

CAME INTO THE LOCATION NEAR SAVEMART WITH PHONE PROBLEMS. A GENTLEMAN AND TWO WOMEN WERE WORKING WITH MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS AND CONTINUED TO HELP ME WITH MY BROKEN PHONE. THEY CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT MY BATTERY WAS NOT WORKING AND TOOK IT UP ON THEMSELVES TO GIVE ME A BRAND NEW BATTERY FROM THEIR INVENTORY. THEY WORKED VERY WELL AS A TEAM AND SEEMED TO KEEP EVERYONE IN THE SOTRE HAPPY. IT WAS BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN A VERIZON STORE. I WILL NEVER SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE AND WILL CONTINUE TO SEND FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO THAT LOCATION. GOOD WORK YOU GUYS!
