I had a small piece of metal from a grinder get into my eye. I went to Yubadocs and Dr. Hicks saw me after a reasonable wait in their outer waiting area. He was able to find the fragment and gently remove it without incident. I was very happy with all things regarding this visit. Thanks Yubadocs for being there.

Charged my credit card for part of a visit that wasn't cover by my insurance without my permission. Had previously told me the bill was taken care of and that I owed nothing.

I received great care from the clinicians both doctor and mid level. I have insurance (PPO) but the office did not let me know that they were not contracted with my plan. So I paid for some of the bill with my health savings account but the check languished in their po box until it was no longer viable. So I ended up paying full billed charges . I would have received a discount if I did not have insurance and was a cash pay. This visit cost me $1500. So be careful of the billing and contracts.

The Doctors were fine. But the lady behind the counter was rude and made the billing a nightmare.

Yubadocs was out of my network, so I called my insurance and got a pre-authorized number for direct billing.

Yubadocs refused to use it for some reason . According to my insurance the bill was paid back in April (Would have been paid sooner, but they refused my pre-authorization number). It's June and they still send me bills. There billing department is out of state so they can't even ask their own billing department. They have to email her and wait for a response.

What a custer, I will never go back.

I was a long time patient of Dr. Hicks. Due to the EXTREME rudeness and total lack of professionalism of his current office staff AND wife, I was dropped. My personal info was used by the head office staff women for her own (personal) benefit. She then lied as to have me dropped as to avoid confrontation. Dr. Hicks would not return inquires about the situation and he refused to follow through on the ONE last report of a test HE ordered that would get me back to work. Because of this I lost a year of my life. In limbo. No pay. No doctor would touch me so far along on a disability case. This is wrong to say the very least. This office cost me so very much. I was treated with utter disrespect. STAY AWAY.
