Dirty, un friendly folks. Liars and cheats. Stole $6000. We are still going to court over that one, my husband did a side job down the street on the house across from the MINIT MART and they didn't pay him and then kept his 5th wheel. Real thieves

I love this place! But if you are looking for a show stable atmosphere then stay home, it is rustic but so homey! Great people who own and run it, don;t miss having a breakfast with them, you don't have to stay at the B&B for that. Easy beach access with no road riding, one of the few places left that can offer that. Great for group get-togethers too. Tons of repeat business so you know they are doing something right! Nice to have corrals for horses so you can take a trip into town or out to dinner knowing they are safe.

Save your money......the place is a dump! Forget about easy access to the beach!
