I used to believe the old saying " Quality, price, service; choose any two." Jim Stade has shown me that is not necessarily true. He and his associate recently repaired our deck. The work was first rate, not only did he have the best estimate, but, after the job was in progress, pointed out how we could save even more without sacrificing quality if we altered the plan. The job was completed ahead of schedule and the worksite was left in immaculate condition. We plan to hire Jim for all our future handyman needs.

I am a Senior Citizen and not always comfortable with a stranger in my home. I immediately felt comfortable talking with Jim on the phone and in my home. He has corrected plumbing issues for me and I will certainly call him for future repairs. He was professional, prompt, and committed to completing the job in the best way possible. He went out of his way to solve an unexplained leaky issue. His pricing is reasonable and I feel he is very trustworthy. I would certainly recommend him to my family and friends. We were in a time crunch to get work done on a rental property in just a few days. We live 600 miles away so needed somebody that was dependable, quick and did quality work. I needed repairs done to two door jambs at my house. I contacted Honey Do Handy Man Service and heard back very promptly from Jim. I e-mailed him photos of the problem areas and then over the phone he clearly explained how he would make the repairs, what would be involved, and what the cost would be. I also was able to schedule him to come to my house on the following week - I was very impressed with that. When Jim and his colleague Dennis arrived, they were very professional, customer-service oriented, and thorough. They performed high quality work in fixing both of my door jamb issues - a very professional job indeed. I also felt that the cost charged for the work was very reasonable. Jim and his assistant from the Honey do Handy Man service have been our handyman for three or four years and has done a lot of work for us and it has been a privilege for us . he is always been consistent and dependable . He knows his job and is reliable. He installed several light fixtures and a fan and also did other jobs. He also gives good advice and suggestions which we really appreciate. He is well versed in almost all kind of jobs and his rates are reasonable. We would recommend Jim to anyone including our family and friends!.

I needed a quick job done to satisfy an FHA requirement. I searched Dex Knows and found Jim's business located close to my house. I read the reviews and contacted Jim. His response was quick and reasonable. The work was done quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend his service and professional attitude.

I had to get my leaky faucet in my shower/bathtub fixed, some minor electrical wiring done for two outlets that would not work in my kitchen, and also two light switches that turned on the same light were giving us issues. Anyway, I called and left a message, got called back the next day, and then scheduled an appointment for the following day. Everything was fixed to our satisfaction, price was reasonable, and we will use them again if we need to in the future. A welcome change from our previous random tries at finding a decent electrician/plumber/handyman.

Jim from Honey Do did a great job for us. We had some rotting wood on our house that required attention - one estimate we received was for $2000 to replace the entire frame. Jim replaced just the rotten pieces and sealed up the rest for $200. My father-in-law, who is pretty handy himself, felt very confident in the quality of the work as did we. On top of the quality work was a friendly and personable demeanor. We've had no problems since his fix and will use him again should we need it. Good work and good people.

Last month, Jim from the Honey do Handyman Service did several jobs in my condo. He built a wall with a pocket door to create a space for my cats in the garage. The wall was done so professionally and the door works great. He also installed shower doors that slide smoothly. I was told by other companies that the floor was too uneven to install doors, but Jim made it happen. Other jobs that Jim has done include install garbage disposal, hang window treatments, painting, etc. pkus, reasonable rates!!I have highly recommend Jim to my family and friends!

I called twice - in the morning, on weekdays, and regular business hours. I got the answering machine both times. I left messages for a call-back, but never got one.

They installed granite vanity tops with new faucets and installed crown moulding. The jobs were performed professionally and the results were wonderful. They arrived as scheduled. This was our second job with them and wIll call them for any future work.

I have worked with Jim for several years. He and his colleague Dennis are highly skilled in the trades and have a great reputation in Lake County. I've had him fix a variety of things in my house and rental. Including: Window replacement, framing and building a wall with drywall and hung door, faucet repair and replacement, deck and fence work, and gutter cleaning and repair. Jim is always on time and friendly. His prices are always very fair, and he has even come in under budget on some jobs. I would recommend him to anyone.

This guy totally took advantage of my parents and other seniors in Park City in charge over $700.00 just to though out pipes. BEWARE!!!!!!!
