My husband had a service performed at Miller Chiropractic a few months back. The charge was submitted to our insurance company. I began to recieve invoices from Miller stating that there was a balance due. I called the insurance company and was told they were waiting for paperwork from Miller to get this processed. I called Miller Chiropratic numerous times to get this resolved. The office staff was rude and basically not helpful. Then Miller Chiropractic put us in collections. This was in no way our fault. They didn't provide the necessary paperwork to the insurance to get paid and now they are penalizing us. Finally I had the insurance call them for the paperwork. It was submitted and processed. To date the claim has been paid, but Miller Chiropractic refuses to remove this from credit because there is a late fee balance!!! It is not our fault it was late, it's their fault. I have called and tried to explain this to the office staff but they said that either I pay or they will keep us in collections. They have even gone as far as sending me another invoice stating, in handwriting, THIS WILL STAY ON COLLECTIONS UNTIL YOU PAY THIS LATE FEE!!! Really.....again, I have respectfully requested that they remove this late fee as it was completely out of my hands, but still no response and no removal. I would never deal with them again. The ladies in the office were so rude to me and basically treated me as if I didn't matter. Not good customer service.

Dr Miller has been at this location on Center Street for maore than 20 years. When you need a chiropractor he is there to offer pain relief. He was trained in the Palmer method which is basedon bringing you releif as quickly as possible.######His staff is very well trained and can assist you with your questions.
