Just replaced my tires with them they price matched another estimate I had and had my car done in less time then I expected. No hassle easy to to business with and comfortable waiting area.

I been there a few times to get my truck serviced always have done a good job and the guys treat us like family.

SUPER COMFORTABLE waiting room. I have only had my tires rotated and my oil changed here. But when they rotated my winter tires off and summer tires back on the car, they individually wrapped the snow tires in plastic bags (I have been doing this for three years every season and no shop has ever wrapped the tires for me so the interior of my car wouldn't get all black) nice touch!! And the oil change went off without a hitch. My daughter is there now and can't believe the waiting area. It is like being in your living room. Full size couches. Comfortable. Free WI FI. No pause in your day to get a quick oil change or simple maintenance. I could continue my day with the wi-fi and catch up on emails, etch!!!

I had to file a claim for tire damage. This Goodyear dealership had 2 simple steps that needed to be done to file the claim, save the damaged tires and fax in the invoice, they could not do either correct. Now I am out $500 because of their incompetence!
