Charged double what they quoted. Told me to get the wrong part then blamed me and the part store, but installed the part anyways so I couldn't get my money back. Took almost 4 hours to do an hour job. Left us sitting in the lacking waiting area with no communication until after they had already installed the wrong part using a hammer in the process. Now the car isn't fixed but worse! Took it back the next day to talk to the mechanics. It was 2 young guys who wouldn't even acknowledge us until their female friends left. Then they couldn't answer any of my questions, put the blame on the parts store, and admitted they didn't even test drive to be sure the complained about noise was fixed. A pathetic business.
